Order Book Summary Lines

Total Working Orders

A summary of the NET number of working stock shares, option contracts, and futures contracts is shown in the lower bar of the Working Orders section.

These values represent the total working quantity for each respective security type.

Example:

The following working orders would calculate on the summary bar as such:

Working Order Summary Quantity
Buy 1000 Shares MSFT = +1000 (Stock)
Sell 700 Shares NFLX = -700 (Stock)
Sell 10 Contracts .MSFT110618C25 = -10 (Option)
Buy 5 Contracts .QQQ110618C59 = +5 (Option)
Total Working Order Summary Line = 1700 (Stock) / 15 (Option) / 0 (Future)
This tells us our Order Book is working 1700 shares of stock and 15 option contracts.

Total Filled Orders

A summary of the NET number of filled orders of stock shares, option contracts, and future contracts is shown in the lower bar of the Filled / Canceled Orders section. This is for the current day only.
